Essential oil massage refers to the method of applying essential oil massage oil (base oil and essential oil blended massage oil) to the desired part and massaging. We can massage the body to relax and relieve stress.

Essential oils can be massaged into skin cells and then into blood vessels and tissues throughout the body. Using essential oils to massage can achieve relaxation, relieve stress, and at the same time help to decompress the skin. It is also a great method for health and beauty.

I. Sliding and stroking: This should be the most useful technique in essential oil massage. It refers to a series of gentle sliding and soothing movements, which can penetrate the essential oil into the body and relax and stabilize the whole body.
